At first glance, this recipe looked a bit odd. That’s coming from someone whose favorite food is spaghetti.
Once I thought more, it actually makes sense. Garlic bread of some sort is usually serves alongside the pasta dish. So, you’re just essentially putting the main course inside the side dish.
Can’t knock it ’til you try it. It’s hard to deny how appetizing they look!
- Preheat oven to 350º. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
- In a large bowl, toss together .garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parsley, and Parmesan. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a 9″x13″ baking dish
- In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parsley, and Parmesan. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a 9″x13″ baking dish. Top each with spaghetti mixture, then drape over mozzarella to cover. Place the top halves of the buns on top. Brush buns liberally with butter mixture.
- Bake until cheese is melty and buns are toasted, 10 minutes. For easier serving, run a paring knife between each bun.
